Edna: You know, all that talk earlier this week about increasing endorphin levels got me to thinking that I should start up an exercise routine to make me feel better. But since I'm an elderly lady with weak bones, it will have to be low-impact. Imagine my excitement when I found this on the YouTube, do you think this might do the trick?

...hmmm...maybe you'd better stick to the Wii Fit....I think that one could give you repetitive strain on your belly ;-)
I agree with the previous commentor. Your belly sure would get tired of that after awhile. Cute vid, thanks for sharing!
I have been using Wii Fit for the past 8 months and have had pretty good results. But, this video makes me think I could really step up my metabolism to achieve even greater results. Thanks.
I would totally invest in this! This looks kick ass!
Looks like big fun to me. Anything to burn those cals!
Thank you for your EC ad on my site. I just wanted to tell you I posted your site on a list on my blog.

Well Edna, I'm just impressed you know what Wii is. Not many ladies your age do. I think that by familiarizing yourself with new technologies, you are at least keeping your brain sharp.
that was disturbing, sophomoric, and completely ridiculous.
i love it!
*shudders at the thought of anyone watching me do the Wii-Fit hoola-hoop game*
That's too funny!
Aw, One Eyed Willy would totally approve of that game or curse anyone who played it. I'm not sure which.
They should have included the part where they all walked the plank. Think of all the arm toning that would have come out of the swimming motions.
Now I have the Cyndi Lauper Goonies song in my head...
