National Braille Literacy Month

Louis Braille was blinded in an accident as a boy. He went on to  develop a mastery over that blindness.  As a young man  he created a revolutionary form of communication that transcended blindness. It became known as Braille.

We would like to recognize Louis Braille and his system this month.
